The lady in pink, Darla, wonders if The Naked Booth Babes Are Really Necessary? I think she has a point.

The Google Groups mail proxy address (mproxy.googlegroups.com) is currently blacklisted by SpamCop.net. Looks like Gmail is still listed too.
I wouldn't want to be in Google's postmaster shoes right now.
[@987]i found an interesting explanation in GMail vs. SpamCop.
Russ is still on his quest to become more productive. More power to him.
Talking about personal productivity, I've been using WikidPad lately to better organize my life. The wiki approach seems to work well as far as keeping track of things like to-do lists, stickies, urls, contacts, etc.
Over the years, I've tried many organizer-type programs. They never seem to work the way I want them to. In the end I always revert to using simple things, like notebooks and text files.
WikidPad does nothing more than provide simple hierarchies and relationships between various text files. I'm in total control.
It is so nice to finally have a single location where I can store pretty much anything I want, the way I want it to.
Looks like CalPop, the service provider this server resides on, had a little burp this morning for an hour so.
Craig mentioned on #mobitopia that mobibot was not responding. I tried to ssh in, unsuccessfully. I assumed the server had crashed or something of the sort. I was going to look in my address book for CalPop's phone number, until it dawned on me it wouldn't be reachable either.
No problems, I thought. I'll get the phone number from their website. Well, not really. It was down too.
I ultimately got the number from Rick over IM.
I find it funny how quickly you get comfortable with things being readily available. My first reaction was to find information online. Only as a last resort would I have considered looking thru my file folders.
