Should be ready in an hour or so.

I may have let this one rise a tiny bit much…

From scratch… Water, flour, yeast, salt and a bit of hand kneading…

Added some chocolate chips for good measure. Now it just needs to cool off.

Lasagna. Ravioli. Rigatoni.
