Paint & Carpet I met with our painter/repair guy this morning to finalize everything. He came highly recommended by our home inspector. His bid was right within our budget. His company is going to repaint the condo top to bottom, re-carpet, fix a few minor cosmetic things as well as perform the move-in cleaning. The next step is to pick a carpet style/color. All of it should be done by the end of next week. Furnitures We'll be heading to Ikea over the weekend (tax-free) to buy our new furnitures. So far we've decided on the following: We'll try to have it all delivered and assembled at the end of next week. The Pulse
