On his latest podcast, Steve Holden, mentioned SyncBack. There are so few tools that let you backup over FTP that I thought I'd give it a try. I like it quite a lot. You might want to check it out.

LifeBlogger Update
I just updated LifeBlogger. Someone had reported that it did not work with Lifeblog 1.5, but it worked fine for me. I did fix a nasty problem with binary file uploads.
