I saw the wildest thing while finishing a cigar on my balcony around 3:30am.

Some car went thru the intersection, slowly rolling forward. Forcing incoming traffic to swerve to avoid a collision.
The car was abruptly stopped by the sidewalk ledge and finally stood still for a few seconds.
It then suddenly literally jumped over the sidewalk, seriously scrapping its undercarriage. Landing in the middle of the flower bed in front of the apartment complex across the street.
I was about to dial 911 when the driver backed up and sped away.
Drunk? Passed out? Weird for sure.
