Katrina Donations The drive for donations to help with the Hurricane Katrina Relief effort is in full force. Let's not forget that pets need our help too. The Houston SPCA is currently providing shelters for pets of hurricane victims. The Humane Society Disaster Response Team is already beginning to rescue animals in New Orleans.
