JCaptcha & Guestbook

I'm implemented human validation in my guestbook using JCaptcha. I was getting tired of spam.

It was pretty straight forward, especially after reading this 5 minutes tutorial.

Negotiations…

We're still in negotiations over minor items that were found during the new condo inspection. Everything is moving along though.

We should be closing on the 16th.

Everything has been signed off on. We're now just waiting for the certificate of resale.
