I've spend most of yesterday running Safari side by side with Chimera. If Safari is any “faster” at rendering pages, it isn't by much.
I'm still puzzled by the whole thing. What is Apple trying to accomplish? Safari is not offering anything that isn't already out there.As I asked yesterday, what's the deal with plugins? Is Adobe going to develop an Acrobat Reader plugin? Are we going to have to rely on Apple for all plugins?
