IP Monitor 1.3.2 Update

Thanks to Alco Blom (the author of URL Manager Pro) carbonized version of the menu sharing toolkit, I was able to implement support for shared menus under Mac OS X.

Training

I'm finally starting to resume a somewhat regular daily training schedule. I've really been feeling physically under the weather since my back injury. My strength is slowly, but surely, coming back. And I've been able to gradually increase my daily cardiovascular workouts.

Pretender

We watched the Pretender: Island of the Haunted movie on TNT yesterday night. Made me realize how much I really miss that show.

On December 11, 1844 Dr. Horace Wells became the first person to have a tooth extracted after receiving an anesthetic for the dental procedure. Nitrous Oxide, or laughing gas, was the anesthetic.
