• Sears is sending the original installer to take the garage door opener down. Sears.com Customer Service Dept. will issue refund. #
• Sears install. dept. is now (2 weeks l8r) saying the installer told us of the problem, which must be why we called right away to complain. #

• Installing Windows 7 Pro on Paul's computer. So far, so good. #
