Our first try at making fries with the Tefal Actifry I got for my birthday.

We overcooked them a bit. We didn't hear the timer stop. I was in the office and Vicki was in the living room; we both assumed the repeating sound came from the TV show she was watching. Apparently the unit doesn't stop when the timer does.

Pretty tasty though. Nice texture inside. All it took is one tablespoon of olive oil and 40 minutes.

• I think Google Buzz did a 360 on me. No subscriptions when I checked for new content, had to reset everything. Weird. #
