meOur connectivity was down for most of the afternoon. Qwest decided to quietly change their Worldwide roaming to Nationwide roaming, and reset our DSL/PPP password in the process.

It took forever to diagnose because we had a repair person in earlier today, and automatically assumed that he caused the problem. It wasn't until I tried to use my dial-up account that the real problem surfaced.

I really should get paid for figuring it all out. I guess I'll just have to settle for a credit for the downtime.
