  • @ComcastBill Thanks, Bill. The recorded message at 800-COMCAST stated it would take 24 hours to fix, at the time, when I called. #
  • @ComcastBill It was out for an hour or so. Direct connect didn't help. All modem lights, but power were off. Reset didn't help either. #
  • Internet connectivity is in & out. Called @comcastcares ... Message said they hoped to have the problem fixed in the next... 24 hours. WTF! #
