Today, with no prompting on my part, I was contacted by Richard Crocker at nitroPDF software. Richard read my blog post and offered me a copy of their nitroPDF professional software, no strings attached. He even extended the offer to the readers who posted comments.
In over 20 years of working with software companies, I've always told them the same thing. Take good care of your customers, even the prospective ones.
